WHITE DRESS CODE for Istanbul

I am desperate.Summer is newly here but its been raining or cloudy in Istanbul.I really want to wear my cool summer clothes and the lastest stuff I bought but I need to get a little bit sunkissed.ya know!Guess what?This summer all I want is wearing pretty dresses no matter what colour prints,flowers,black or white..yessss:white!I really want one casual white dress for daily wear(not to work of course maybe weekends:)
